Master of Counselling Psychology (MC)

Doctor of Music (DMus)

As we move through an increasingly confusing and difficult world, reaching out for support can be tough. As a psychotherapist, I believe it is my privilege to support adults, adolescents, and couples as they move toward healing and authentic, value-guided living.

My desire is to give individuals a safe space where they can be heard and empowered as we develop tools to help manage life’s challenges.

My Approach

I draw inspiration from a branch of psychodynamic theory known as attachment theory. The attachment framework allows me to connect a client’s development and childhood experiences with adult challenges and relationship behaviour. Attachment theory also helps me to better understand a client’s response system and the coping mechanisms that they use when experiencing challenges.
