Meet Sara Brooks, RP, DMus
Registered Psychotherapist, DMus
As a former classical musician who spent years training and working in the industry, I understand the mental health challenges that can arise from building a career in the arts. While working as a sessional instructor in academia, I made the decision to expand my training into the area of psychotherapy. I now blend my experience in the field with psychotherapy training, to support musicians of all levels in growing their careers.
