Individual and Couples Therapy

As a Registered Psychotherapist, Sara Brooks offers in-person and virtual sessions for individuals and couples. Sara practices from a client-led and trauma-informed approach and holds training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Gottman Couples Therapy, Sex Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
